- Tropical Research and Education Center General Fund (Homestead) - General support for TREC.
- Dr. Carlton G. Davis Scholarship Endowment for Ph.D. Research in Tropical Agriculture - Spendable income for Ph.D. fellowships for students of tropical agriculture at TREC. Research focus must be in tropical geographic regions such as the Caribbean basin (including Florida) and Latin America.
- Dr. Richard Baranowski Excellence in Entomology Endowment - Supports TREC graduate and post-doctorate students, student interns and visiting scholars. These individuals will work on projects of high local priority in entomology.
- Dr. Robert McMillan Excellence in Plant Pathology Fund - Support graduate and post-doctorate students, student interns, and visiting scholars at TREC.
- Dr. Waldemar Klassen Excellence in Agriculture and Entomology Endowment - Supports TREC graduate and post-doctorate students, student interns and visiting scholars. These individuals will work on projects of high local priority in agriculture and entomology.
- Emil and Charlotte Gross Endowment - Supports TREC.
- Florida Mango Forum Endowment - Supports tropical fruit research, including student and visiting scientist scholarships.
- Miami-Dade Chapter Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association-TREC Research Endowment - Supports horticultural research at TREC.
- TREC Facilities Enhancement Fund - Supports renovation at TREC, including infrastructure, furniture and fixtures.
- Tropical Research and Education Center Excellence Fund - Supports graduate and post-doctorate students, student interns and visiting scholars at TREC.
