• Dr. David W. Gibson Endowment for Geomatics - Supports students and faculty in the Geomatics Program, including scholarships, fellowships, and equipment upgrades.
• Evan Bolton Endowed Scholarship in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences - Established in loving memory of Evan Bolton, this fund supports scholarships to students studying in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences.
• Fire Management Program - Supports educational programs, trainings, and certification opportunities in fire management.
• Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences Program - Supports building the capacity of the Fisheries and Aquatics Program.
• Fisheries Research and Conservation Fund - Supports fisheries research programs and conservation efforts.
• Fishing for Success - Supports Fishing for Success, an outreach program of the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences.
• Florida Environmental Education Endowment - Supports FFGS Extension state-wide programs that build capacity to engage and help resolve environmental issues, such as CIVIC (Community Voices, Informed Choices) and CAPE (Community Action Projects for the Environment), or that support teacher professional development programs with instructional materials, such as Project Learning Tree and Project WET (Water Education Today). 
• George B. Hemingway, Jr. Memorial Fund - Supports FFGS, in honor of George B. Hemingway, Jr.
• John Gray Fund for Excellence in Forest Resources and Conservation - Sponsors an annual lecture at FFGS.
• Jon and Carol Gould Family Endowed Forestry Scholarship - Supports scholarships for forestry students from Florida (or graduating from a Florida high school program) in their junior or senior year, established in loving memory of Jon Gould. 
• LAKEWATCH Endowment - Supports LAKEWATCH, a citizen volunteer lake monitoring program for the management of Florida lakes, estuaries, rivers and springs.
• Lazzara Fund in Tropical Aquaculture Research - Supports aquaculture research programs. 
• Mize Loan Endowment - Supports scholarships for forestry students.
• Paul "Jack" Bispham Professional Development Endowment in Forestry - Provides funding for undergraduate and graduate FFGS students to attend meetings, symposia, conferences, and other professional development events.
• Roland T. Stern Learning Center Endowment - Supports the maintenance and enhancement of the Roland T. Stern Learning Center at the Austin Cary Forest.
• Roland T. Stern Scholarship Endowment - Supports undergraduate and graduate scholarships for students studying forest resources and conservation.
• SFFGS Millhopper Station Educational Pavilion Fund - Supports the creation of the educational pavilion at the FFGS Millhopper Station.
• Sharon Fitz-Coy Memorial Award Endowment - Supports scholarships for students pursuing a degree in a natural science field and who demonstrate a passion for and involvement in volunteer service impacting youth.
• Tropical Aquaculture Lab Fund - Supports the UF/IFAS Tropical Aquaculture Laboratory.
• Tyler "Tyce" Hall Endowed Memorial Scholarship - Supports scholarships for Forestry students in their Junior or Senior year.
• Wantman Group Endowment for Excellence in Geomatics - Supports programs, teaching and research in the Geomatics Program.
• Wayne Smith and Mitzi Austin Forest Resources Law and Policy Endowment - Supports teaching, research and Extension activities and programs in forest resources policy and law, with an emphasis on conflict resolution, within the School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences.
• Wayne Smith Student Leadership Fund - Supports FFGS student leadership projects and leadership development activities.
