- Dogfish Head Research Fund - Supports research in new and alternative crops for the agricultural industry.
- Dr. Robert McMillan Excellence in Plant Pathology Fund - Support graduate and post-doctorate students, student interns, and visiting scholars at TREC.
- Emil and Charlotte Gross Endowment - Supports TREC.
- Florida Mango Forum Endowment - Supports tropical fruit research, including student and visiting scientist scholarships.
- Miami-Dade Chapter Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association-TREC Research Endowment - Supports horticultural research at TREC.
